We help in establishing dialogue and cooperation; solving conflicts and disputes by mediation, consultation, training courses, workshops and coaching.
We listen to the arguments and needs of the parties who want to solve a crisis or conflict situation. We support problem negotiations and the process of seeking solutions. We offer assistance in reaching sustainable agreement, which will be acceptable and satisfactory to all persons involved in a dispute.
We do not offer ready-made solutions for managing conflicts. Instead, we assist in solving actual problems. We accept differences and dissimilarities. We are open for the wisdom and experience of our clients. We support them in finding the strength for solving their problems and introduce positive changes.
